Phase 2: Material Ordering and Delivery (1–2 weeks lead time)
Merbau and Spotted Gum aren’t stocked in large volumes at every timber yard. We order your boards, check them on delivery for quality, and reject any out-of-spec lengths before they leave the supplier.
Boards acclimatise on-site for 3–7 days before installation. This reduces post-install movement caused by moisture content differences between the yard and your backyard.
Phase 3: Sub-Frame Installation (2–5 days depending on deck size)
